Part of our requirements are that an evaluation for each camp and tutoring request that is fulfilled for your requests (with regard to tutoring, no other funding can be requested before an evaluation is submitted). Our ability to provide detailed information about how our money is spent and how the experience had a positive effect on a child is helpful when completing grant applications and when showing our donors that we effectively use the money we are given.
- Camp evaluations should be completed after camp attendance.
- Tutoring evaluations should be completed at the end of each tutoring period.
