Three tween sisters, ages 15, 13 and 9, share a love of horses: they read, draw and dream horses.  Thanks to CFGALA there were able to live their dream at a therapeutic horse camp over spring vacation.  They spent a week riding, brushing, mucking, feeding and caring for these beautiful animals.

Fortunately, these sisters were placed in care together and have each other to build a sense of self and family.

Learning to care for an animal and being needed are large necessary steps toward the resilience and perseverance through the tough times in life.  The camp memories these sister share will last them a lifetime.
