Kayleigh has been a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer since 2021. She’s has been a Wilmington resident since 2015. She works full time as an Area Manager at Apple. Growing up Kayleigh attended, trained, and became a counselor at a children’s camp back home in Central New York. Her experiences at Madison County Children’s Camp inspired her pursue higher education in psychology, childhood development, education, and law. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Forensic Mental Health from Sage College in Albany in 2012. 

Kayleigh has always been rooted in advocating for children and families in her community. Being a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer is immensely important to her. Through community involvement and networking, Kayleigh hopes to drive awareness about the Cape Fear Guardian ad Litem Association and encourage community members to be involved. It takes a village to raise our kiddos.
